This simple watermelon smoothie can make your summer so much cooler…
Feeling the heat at the moment? Then don’t worry, this super simple juice can be made in seconds and the ingredients can easily be found locally! Plus they’re all low in calories but high in nutrition and water content to keep you cooler too. You’ll need:
- Quarter of a watermelon (other melons work too)
- A small handful of mixed berries
- Ice
- A few sprigs of mint
Scrape the red goodness out of the melon, add the ice and berries to a blender or Nutribullet. Whizz it together and pour into a glass. Add a straw and mint to decorate, it’s super yummy!
