The JuiceSage is dedicated to being an information source, of not only healthy juice and smoothie recipes, but also the health benefits attained from consuming raw vegetables, leafy greens, fruits, and herbs in both juice form and smoothies.

The mission of the “JuiceSage” website is to raise awareness, provide informative articles and content about health and healing of the body through the consumption of raw produce.

We do this by writing content about fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, and herbs and the health benefits gained through juicing, blending, and consuming them whole.

The goal is to educate, indoctrinate, and introduce our readers to a healthy lifestyle, so they make informed decisions about the benefits of juicing and blending raw foods for better health.

Juicing ALONE is not a miracle cure-all. Lifestyle changes, healthy eating, exercise, and a juice regimen can improve or even reverse some health issues.

Our health directly correlates to the foods that we put in our bodies. Eating nutrient-poor, processed foods that contain empty calories, saturated fats, high sodium, sugars, and chemicals, such as artificial sweeteners, flavorings, food coloring, and all sorts of additives, is affecting our health.
