Tired of the taste of ordinary water?
Simply spice it up by adding a few simple ingredients to turn it into a detox water recipe that tastes amazing! Any recipe can be a detox water recipe as long as you are drinking more water. Water is the key component and is important for all bodily functions. Detox drinks are the best way to flush toxins out of your system, increase your water consumption, stay hydrated and lose weight throughout the year. Detox water should be low in sugar and free from artificial sweeteners or chemicals.
Berry Citrus Infused Water Recipe
- 10 large strawberries
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 1 cup blueberries
- Water
- Ice optional

Cut the tops off of the strawberries and slice them into halves.

Cut the lemon and lime into slices.

Cut the lemon and lime slices into halves and remove the seeds.

Place the ingredients into a large pitcher or jug.

Use a spoon or a fork to gently mash the strawberries and the blueberries; this lets the juice out of the fruit to infuse the water.

Fill the container half way with water.

Add 20 or so ice cubes to the container.

Add more water until the container is full.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs.
Cucumber Strawberry Apple Infused Water Recipe
- 10 large strawberries
- 1 med. or large green apple/red apple
- 1 cucumber
- water
- Ice optional

Cut the tops off of the strawberries and slice them into halves.

Cut the apple into medium sized wedges and remove the seeds.

Cut the cucumber into medium-sized slices.

Place all of the fruit into a large pitcher or a jug.

Use a spoon or a fork to gently mash the strawberries; this lets the juice out of the fruit to infuse the water

Fill the container half way with water.

Add 20 or so ice cubes to the container.

Add more water until the container is full.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs.
Citrus Zinger Infused Water Recipe
- 1 med-large orange
- 1 lime
- 1 lemon
- Water
- Ice optional

Cut the orange, lemon, and lime into slices.

Cut the slices into halves and remove the seeds.

Place the ingredients in a large pitcher or a jug.

Fill the container half way with water.

Add 20 or so ice cubes to the container.

Add more water until the container is full.
