4 DIY EASY TO MAKE PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE RECIPES
Pineapple smoothies taste great. The pineapple is loaded with nutrients, it’s low in calories and provides the body with a multitude of health benefits. Pineapples contain phytonutrients that work well at reducing symptoms related to common health conditions and illnesses. It is used around the world as a natural remedy to treat nausea, morning sickness, inflammation, protect against cardiovascular disease and more.
Here are 4 of my personal favorite pineapple recipes, that are simple to make.
Pineapple Kiwi Ginger Smoothie
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 whole banana
- 1 kiwi (peeled)
- 1/2 ginger knob
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (plain)
- 1 cup crushed ice

Place all ingredients in a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into glass or jar and serve immediately.

Pineapple Colada Smoothie
The Exotic Pineapple Colada Smoothie
- 2 whole bananas
- 2 1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes (unsweetened)
- 1 cup coconut milk (or nut milk)
- 1 cup crushed ice

Place all ingredients in a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into glass or mason jar and serve immediately.

Simple Pineapple Smoothie
A basic pineapple smoothie /w chia seeds
- 2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup almond milk (or nut milk) (unsweetened)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 cup crushed ice

Place all ingredients in a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into glass and serve immediately.
Green Pineapple Colada Smoothie
- 1 kiwi peeled
- 2 cups kale (spinach or collard greens)
- 1 cup coconut milk (unsweetened)
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes (unsweetened)
- 1 cup crushed ice

Place all of the ingredients in a blender.
